3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in a fee.

Inspections are visual, non-invasive, and reflect the condition at the time of inspection only.
We are not liable for hidden, inaccessible, or future issues.
Our reports are for informational purposes and not construction guarantees.
